Eddie Catano, a native of Midland, Texas, relocated to Lubbock to pursue higher education at Texas Tech University, where he earned dual degrees in journalism and history. Driven by a longstanding passion to amplify the voices of the marginalized, Eddie's career aspirations in journalism were evident from an early age. During his tenure at a local news station, he effectively disseminated crucial information and stories pertinent to Lubbock and its surrounding areas, thereby enhancing community awareness. Currently, Eddie serves as the Social Media and Marketing Director at BAM Construction while still serving and delivering news to the community.

Annette Addo-Yobo

Annette Addo-Yobo was Miss Texas 2024 and first runner-up to Miss America 2025. Through the Miss America Opportunity, Annette has earned $60,000 in scholarships, which she is now proudly using as a first year law student at Texas Tech University. Outside of pageantry and law, she is also a content creator, TEDx speaker, and business owner.

Laney Davis

Laney Davis is a graduate student and dietetic intern at Texas Tech University. She lives in Panhandle, Texas with her husband, Grayson, and their two dogs, Teddy and Charlie. Laney was Miss Lubbock 2024 and is a former Texas Tech Twirler, where she served as Head Twirler. She has performed at Jones AT&T Stadium, the Miss Texas stage, and in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Laney is passionate about nutrition education and enjoys working with athletes in her community on the importance of proper fueling for workouts. She is also a business owner and entrepreneur, owning 806 & Co., where she offers spray tanning services, and serves as the coach of 806 Twirling Club.

Amiee Dixon

Amiee Dixon is a Senior Event Coordinator at Texas Tech University with a background in dance and performance. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Texas Tech and spent three years teaching dancers ages 3–18 at Encore Dance Academy in Brownfield, Texas. Her experience in both dance education and event coordination gives her a well-rounded perspective when judging performances. Outside of work, Amiee loves fantasy books, coffee, and spending time with her husband and two chocolate labs.

Alicia Junod

Alicia is a West Texas Native. She married her husband, Austin, in 2007 and togethere they have 9 year old boy/girl twins! Her family is everything to her! She is also a portrait photographer with Alicia Junod Photography and has been in the business since 2011. She won KCBD's Best of the West the last 3 years. She specializes in Senior Portraits, Newborns, and Families. Photography has been a part of the fabric of her life since she was a young child. It has shaped her as a person. She loves memories, and photos are her favorite kind of memory. She says it is an honor to get to document life for so many of her clients, and get a front row seat at watching their lives grow and blossom over the years. "It's such a rewarding experience!".

Fa-tia Johnson Harris

Fa-tia's hometown is Milwaukee, WI. Fa-tia, a nurse practitioner, together with her husband Dr. Edwin Onkendi, are the owners of Glo & Sparkle Aesthetics and MedSpa. After graduating with her Nurse Practitioner degree from Marquette University and a Master's in Health Care Administration from Kings College, she had aspirations to open her own healthcare facility. After graduation, Fa-tia completed advanced training in aesthetics from the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona. From there, she worked as a NP in Sleep Medicine at Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico and later worked as a NP in Colorectal Surgery at Texas Tech University. While in Texas, Fa-tia played an instrumental role in treating the COVID-19 population in West Texas.
Fa-tia was Miss Teen Milwaukee, 1st runner-up for Miss Teen Wisconsin and Miss Wilkes-Barre. Fa-tia's involvement includes volunteering for Miss Wisconsin Pageants, Lubbock Junior league - SPARK 8th grade mentorship and Food2Kids, YWCA Wine Women and Shoes, Lubbock Impact Food and Clothes Closet, Grace Campus Homeless Shelter, Meals on Wheels, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Inside out Foundation, Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS), MLK day, Volunteer Center of Lubbock, Purses For A Purpose, Holiday Happening, and High Point Village Summer Nights Respite Care.

Stephanie Rhode

Stephanie Rhode has served Texas Tech's Spirit Program Director for the past 23 years. She serves as the administrator to the Cheerleaders and Pom Squad, Raider Red, and the Masked Rider program. Under her leadership, the Texas Tech Cheerleaders, Pom Squad , and Raider Red have won 13 National Championships and one World Championship. Stephanie also serves Texas Tech as the chairperson for the Masked Rider Advisory Committee and Chair of the Spirit Coordination Committee.In addition to working with the Spirit Program, Stephanie previously served as a gymnastics judge for local and state competitions. She was a PTA volunteer in the LISD and won this region’s Distinguished Service Award and The Friend of Education Award for the state of Texas. In 2016, Steph received the Texas Tech Alumni Association’s Distinguished Service Award.Stephanie was also a longtime volunteer for the Miss Lubbock Organization prior to her job at Texas Tech, serving as the coordinator of the Miss Teen Lubbock Pageant.She is married to Robert. She has one daughter, Katie, who is a former Miss Teen Lubbock. Stephanie also has two sons, Jason & Nick. Her favorite family members are now her grandsons, Steven and Grayson, whom she spoils as often as possible.Steph graduated from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, a degree which is useful in her current job only in helping her recognize that life is a miracle and we have a moral obligation to celebrate it and make the most of it.
